Refund Eligibility Criteria

Early Withdrawal

Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 14 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials.

Partial refunds may apply for withdrawals within the first month, calculated based on content accessed.

Technical Issues

Refunds available when persistent technical problems prevent access to course content for more than 7 consecutive days.

Our technical team must first attempt resolution before refund consideration.

Programme Cancellation

Full refund provided if EduStormo cancels or significantly modifies a programme before its scheduled start date.

Alternative programme options may be offered in lieu of refund.

Medical Circumstances

Refunds considered for documented medical situations that prevent programme completion.

Medical documentation required within 30 days of withdrawal request.

Complex cases involving technical issues may require additional time for investigation.

You'll receive a detailed response explaining our decision and any applicable refund amount.

If approved, processing timeline and method will be clearly outlined.

Processing times vary depending on your original payment method. All refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

Duplicate Enrollments

Accidental duplicate payments are fully refunded once verified through our system records.

Please contact us immediately if you notice duplicate charges on your account.

Important Considerations

  • Refunds are not available for programmes completed in their entirety, regardless of satisfaction level.

  • Access to community forums and bonus materials is revoked upon successful refund processing.

  • Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be combined with refund requests for alternative programmes.

  • Certificate fees and examination costs are non-refundable once processed, even if the main programme qualifies for refund.

  • Refund eligibility may be affected by violation of our terms of service or inappropriate behaviour in community spaces.
